Customer Experience Strategist

Effective customer onboarding is crucial for long-term success. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for creating a lasting impression on our customers.

This role requires strong communication and project management skills to ensure seamless customer adoption and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and improvement in a similar role and possess advanced knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product management to prioritize and deliver key feature enhancements that drive customer value.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer health and satisfaction, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, consulting on business process improvements at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Advanced understanding of database structure and system integration.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and define customer workflow/automation requirements.
  • Comfortable creating net-new process diagrams/workflows with customers to increase our value to them.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks.
  • Understanding of database structure and system integration.
