We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill a key role in our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Main Responsibilities:
Handle real-time queries from customers with poise and professionalism
Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions, upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues, providing timely support to customers
Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions, maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process
Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement, leveraging data insights to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Key Skills:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and make quick judgments
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease and confidence
Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success
