Role Overview:

With 1-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing accurate responses to customer queries and resolving customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues expeditiously while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide clear and concise responses to customer queries, ensuring effective communication across multiple touchpoints.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee a cohesive customer experience.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the E-commerce sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
