Director of Learning and Development

Job Overview:

This pivotal role requires a dynamic and visionary leader to join our organization as a Director of Learning and Development. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Head of L&D to create impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative learning and development strategies that support business goals and future needs.
  • Develop scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  • Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
