The role involves actively engaging with prospective students to generate leads, assessing and qualifying them based on their interest and fit for our courses.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or pre-sales, be able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, and possess strong communication skills.
They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
Collaboration with the Sales Team is key to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.
We are looking for someone who can work flexibly and be located anywhere. Experience level required is 0.5–3 years.
Languages required: English & Hindi.
