About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned customer advocate to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and experience in resolving complex issues.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Compile detailed reports on customer feedback and escalations for leadership review.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer and provide actionable insights to internal teams on areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering top-notch customer support through various channels.
  2. Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  3. Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A proven track record of customer-centricity and empathy.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (fluency in Tamil or Telugu is an asset).
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
