Job Title: Construction Modeling Specialist

  • We are seeking a skilled construction modeling professional to join our design and engineering team.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate detailed models for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop high-quality BIM models with accurate Level of Development (LOD) 350+ compliance.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.
  • Execute complex modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Design and manage parametric Revit families as per project requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans, and adherence to project standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve design coordination issues within the model.
  • Provide expert guidance on BIM tools and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
