Procurement and Supply Chain Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong techno-functional expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple modules and be able to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement applications including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs.
  • Perform customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  • Support full lifecycle implementations including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Execute data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration from EBS to Cloud.
  • Domain background in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail industries.
  • Oracle certifications in SCM.
