Job Title: Purchase Head - Office Interiors

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to lead our office interior projects from start to finish.

  • Develop and execute effective purchasing strategies to optimize resources.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
  • Source high-quality materials that meet project specifications and financial limits.
  • Track purchase timelines and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery to sites.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry. A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end procurement operations for office interior projects.
  2. Develop cost-efficient purchasing strategies.
  3. Build and sustain robust supplier relationships.
  4. Identify and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  5. Monitor vendor performance and refine supplier selection and management processes.
