Project Execution Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Execution Manager to oversee on-site interior projects from planning to handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, contractors for smooth project execution
  • Review and interpret design drawings, provide technical input and quality checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, address on-site challenges
  • Prepare site progress reports, assist in procurement, material management
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, related field
  • 1-4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, hospitality projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, construction processes
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, team coordination skills
