Professional Interior Design Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Design Specialist to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to create Modular designs based on client conversations, and maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure.
  • Own Customer Experience during a project.
  • Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Oversee an end-to-end Project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation or relevant Diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Led and delivered minimum 2-4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of Result-oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication, and high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
