Customer Success Operations Assistant

Oversee Internal Databases and Tracking Tools
The ideal candidate will manage and update internal databases and tracking tools used by the Customer Success team at Forbes Advisor. This involves collaborating with the Production team to create promotional placements for advertisers on Forbes Health properties.
Coordinate with Business Development Team
The selected individual will support the Business Development team in onboarding and executing new customer initiatives. They will be responsible for managing the collection of creative assets, tracking, and ad verification from clients/agency contacts and coordinating with the Customer Success team.
Audit Partner Placements for Optimization
A key aspect of this role is auditing existing partner placements to optimize performance and monetization, driving revenue growth. The individual will project manage and coordinate with internal teams on all necessary elements for campaign execution.
Billing Reconciliation and Revenue Tracking
The selected individual will work with internal teams on billing reconciliation and revenue tracking/forecasting. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of financial tasks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a customer experience advocate with an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a team, goal-oriented environment. They should possess 2+ years of proven digital advertising and/or affiliate marketing experience and be familiar with various affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten.
