The Role

The Head of Customer Success will lead the company's efforts in revenue management and customer relationship management. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve the collections process and maintain positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of collections, credit management, and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams in these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement collection policies and procedures aligned with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee a team of collection specialists, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the collection team, taking action to improve results as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure professional and efficient collections.
  • Analyze customer payment patterns and trends, making recommendations to improve the collection process.
  • Ensure all collections activities comply with laws and regulations, and handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and transactions, producing regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective collections and customer relationship strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize return on investment while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with clients and maintain effective communication to resolve disputes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze collections, credit, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve collections-related issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in collections, credit management, and customer relationship management.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of collections, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15-18 years
  • Education: MBA
  • Work Location: Mumbai
  • Industry: Real-Estate/Interior Design (Preferred)
  • Reporting: Head of Collection => Chief Revenue Officer => Chief Executive Officer
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and improving collections and customer relationship processes
  • Strong understanding of collections, credit, and customer relationship management best practices and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
