About the Role

The Head of Customer Success is responsible for leading the company's efforts in revenue management and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of collections, credit management, and customer relationship management, as well as a proven track record of success in leading teams in these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement collection policies and procedures that are consistent with company policies and regulations.
  2. Oversee a team of collection specialists and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  3. Monitor and report on the performance of the collection team, and take action to improve results as necessary.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that collections are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
  5. Analyze customer payment patterns and trends, and make recommendations to improve the collection process.
  6. Ensure that all collections activities comply with laws and regulations, and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and transactions, and produce regular reports for management and other stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading teams and improving collections and customer relationship processes. They will have a strong understanding of collections, credit, and customer relationship management best practices and regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
