Job Title: Relationship Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and distribution through various channels, ensuring unilateral growth by adding new customers, and managing the Direct Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market channels;
- Add new DSAs to ensure unilateral growth;
- Manage and grow the Direct Sales team, focusing on increased productivity, marketing, and encashing catchment areas;
- Meet HNI clients and explain various products related to Loan against Property;
- Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie-Ups to focus on Primary Markets;
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross-selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc.
- Graduate or MBA degree;
- Customer relationship management skills;
- Sales and service orientation;
