Account Manager Job Overview

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with partner accounts to drive business growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding new partners, creating effective strategies to increase sales, and working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customized plans to grow the Dine-out business through strategic partnerships.
  2. Ensure seamless transactions by resolving any diner denied payouts or other technical issues.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance and achieve set targets.
  4. Present data-driven insights to partners to inform their business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the food delivery industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
