Job Title: Area Lead – Outbound and Vi Mini Stores

Job Summary:

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Lead to spearhead the postpaid acquisitions agenda for the zone/geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling up quality postpaid acquisitions through the ViMS and Outbound sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive postpaid net add and revenue enhancement agenda through ViMS and Outbound channel
  • Lead a team of FLs to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure planned/budgeted count of ViMS is appointed and sustained in the given geography
  • Appoint DSAs in key identified geographies
  • Enhance and drive postpaid productivity of ViMS and DSAs
  • Monitor and ensure profitability of ViMS and DSAs
  • Drive postpaid agenda through CSP/Outbound channel by supervising recruitment, training, and productivity
  • Plan activities to drive IOIP sales
  • Drive business through Neo channel by supervising adherence to norms like same day calling/O2A% etc.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution in B2B & B2C environment
  • Experience in Franchisee/DSA/DST management
  • Operation excellence & team handling
  • Problem solving, strategic & analytical capabilities
  • Process improvement mindset

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

  • Graduation - Regular
  • Desired: post-graduation in business management/MBA
  • Work ex: 10-15 years
  • Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation
