Key responsibilities:
Relationship building: Need to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts. This includes understanding their objectives, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Business development: Responsible for driving business growth and expanding presence within your accounts. This involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and executing strategic initiatives to increase sales and market share. Managing P&L, deal and ads planning and negotiation for the account.
Customer success: Ensuring customer satisfaction and success is crucial. You'll work closely with your accounts to understand their goals, provide solutions, and ensure they have a positive experience.
Data analysis and reporting: Analyse sales data, market trends, and account performance to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven strategies. Regular reporting on key metrics and presenting insights to internal teams and clients is an essential part of the role.
Collaboration with internal teams: Key accounts managers collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to address customer needs, implement strategies, and drive overall business objectives.
Industry and market research : Staying updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics is essential. You'll conduct research to identify new opportunities, understand customer preferences, and make informed recommendations to enhance job description’s offerings.
What are we looking for?
Proficient in, key account management, managing data, leveraging insights to drive penetration, and program management. ·
3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales channel management/brand management
Ability to work with cross-functional teams – the ability to influence in absence of reporting relationship.
