This is a full-time senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales and optimizing the customer journey to enhance growth.Qualifications and SkillsEmail Marketing Automation (Mandatory skill): Expertise in creating automated email campaigns tailored to customer segments to boost engagement and retention.Social Media Advertising (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in designing and executing successful social media ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and optimizing inventory to ensure availability and reduce excess stock.A/B Testing: Ability to design and interpret A/B tests aimed at enhancing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.Conversion Rate Optimization: Skilled in applying strategies and techniques to enhance the percentage of visitors who convert into customers.Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and developing a team to achieve business objectives.Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to interpret website data and inform decision-making processes effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Oversee the online inventory management process to optimize stock levels and product availability.Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase loyalty.Lead social media advertising efforts to drive awareness and sales through targeted campaigns.Conduct A/B testing to refine customer journeys and user experience on the e-commerce platform.Analyze website metrics and user behavior to suggest improvements for conversion rate enhancement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.Mentor and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
