Business Development Specialist / Manager RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist / Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop strategies to grow the client base and expand existing accounts across digital, ATL, BTL, and experiential marketing domains.Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.Craft Tailored Solutions: Work closely with the strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver impactful advertising and marketing campaigns.Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.Conduct Market Research: Identify trends, competitor activities, and potential target industries.Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.Represent the Agency: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within an advertising, marketing, or media agency.Proven Track Record: Achieve sales targets and close high-value deals.Key Skills: Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand strategy, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker.Preferred Qualifications:Regional or Multinational Experience: Experience working with regional or multinational brands.Existing Client Network: Existing client network within the advertising and marketing industry.
