Job Title: Business Growth StrategistThis role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, partner development, and teaming execution in the federal marketplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal business development, capture management, or partnering within the U.S. Government marketplace.Federal Market & Opportunity DevelopmentIdentify and track federal contracting opportunities through market research and procurement forecasts.Analyze RFIs, Sources Sought, Draft RFPs, and final solicitations to inform capture decisions and teaming strategies.Support go/no-go decisions by assessing win probability and competitive landscape.Teaming & Capture StrategyDevelop and execute teaming strategies for targeted federal opportunities in alignment with agency requirements and acquisition methods.Lead coordination of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, MOUs, Joint Venture/CTA arrangements.Ensure teaming structures and workshare allocations comply with SBA limitations on subcontracting.Strategic Partner Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with federal primes and small business partners.Serve as a liaison between the company and teaming partners throughout capture and proposal development phases.Reporting & Business Development OperationsMaintain accurate opportunity and partner data in CRM and pipeline tracking systems.Prepare capture briefings and pipeline reports for executive leadership.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline (or equivalent federal contracting experience).Demonstrated experience in federal business development, capture management, or partnering.Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SBA small business programs, and federal acquisition lifecycle.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with federal set-aside programs.Familiarity with major federal agencies and contract vehicles.Core Competencies & Skills:Federal capture strategy and pipeline development.Partner vetting and competitive analysis.FAR/SBA compliance and risk management.
