Job Opportunity: Business Intelligence SpecialistLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to support financial planning, data-driven decision-making, and executive reporting. This role will involve advanced financial analysis, data analytics, and preparation of management and board-level materials. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:1. Advanced Financial AnalysisConduct in-depth variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance deviations.Perform comprehensive margin analysis, including evaluating discounts, cost increases, and other factors impacting profitability.Support cash flow forecasting through analysis of revenue trends, expenses, and working capital.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial assumptions and ensure reporting accuracy.2. Data Science & AnalyticsAnalyze product take rates and track changes over time to identify customer and market trends.Evaluate sample kit repeat purchase rates and second-order subscription rates to support retention and growth strategies.Conduct NPS (Net Promoter Score) analysis at the SKU level to assess customer satisfaction at a product level.Coordinate with the KPI/Analytics team to align methodologies, data sources, and reporting standards.3. Strategic Reporting & PresentationPrepare complex graphs, charts, dashboards, and visual presentations for board decks and monthly executive meetings.Summarize key KPIs, trends, and insights into clear and engaging formats for leadership.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all reporting materials.Support leadership with ad-hoc reports and analytical projects as required.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.Preference for candidates from premium institutions in India (e.g., IIMs, IITs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or equivalent).MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Analytics is a strong advantage.2–5 years of experience from Strategy Consulting.2–5 years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Ability to work with large datasets and perform deep-dive analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data.High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive compensation and strong career development opportunities.About Us:We help businesses scale smarter with our tech-enabled, data-driven outsourcing solutions such as customer experience, bookkeeping, ad operations and data engineering.
