Role Overview:

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing loan applications, analyzing financial documents, evaluating creditworthiness, and recommending loan decisions in line with internal policies and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business loan proposals received from sales teams and channels.
  • Analyze financial statements, bank statements, GST returns, ITRs, and other business documents.
  • Conduct background checks, market references, and due diligence on applicants.
  • Perform credit risk assessment and prepare detailed credit appraisal notes.
  • Recommend sanction decisions within defined authority levels or escalate for approval.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Risk teams for smooth processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA Intermediate/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst / Underwriter in NBFC/Bank (Business Loans / SME Loans preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit risk evaluation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial ratio analysis.
  • Good communication, documentation, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
