The Semiconductor Practice and Pre-Sales Team of HCLTech is on the lookout for a Pre-Sales Specialist with strong stakeholder, solution knowhow & program management skills and also keen interest in learning new technologies, bringing out the best in their talented and high-performing team. The Pre-Sales Specialist is expected to drive all aspects of Global Pre-Sales Activities for Business Acquisition in EN & NN business, while interacting with Global Sales, Delivery, Solutions and Marketing Teams
Roles & Responsibilities
The work involves Bid Management for Deals pertaining to Outsourcing of Engineering R&D Services, IT Services and Infra Services along with:
Adequate Semiconductor domain knowledge
Ability and experience to do industry, segment and specific Market Research and A/C Analysis
Participate and Manage Analyst Briefings and respond to Analyst Surveys
CXO Level Business Pitches and Propositions in co-ordination with Sales, Delivery, Solution & Marketing Teams
Understand current services offered to customers in the Semiconductor Domain and proactively analyze the opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell and raise the alerts where scope is present for growing the business.
Help in writing RFP responses and creating proactive propositions.
Help define tailored content for presentations, demonstrations etc. that highlight the value proposition of the services portfolio.
Deal Qualification & Pipeline Management
Competition Analysis & Devising Win Strategy
Bid Response, Bid Defense and Bid Management
Managing Client Visits.
Good understanding of the nuances of the Latest Technology is the key to success.
Responsibilities
Own clients & segments. Proactive Market Research, inside sales and A/C Analysis
Understand current services offered to customers in the Semiconductor Domain and analyze the opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell and raise the alerts where scope is present for growing the business.
Help in writing RFP responses and creating proactive propositions.
Must have / develop in finite time sufficient knowledge to drive deals independently and should possess good knowledge on applicability of package solutions, industrial solutions & digital engineering.
Good to have knowledge in the IT areas like Packages like SAP, IT Apps, Data Engineering, GenAI Platform/Use cases, Validation, Security etc.
Help define tailored content for presentations, demonstrations etc. that highlight the value proposition of the services portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
BE + MBA/PGDM with minimum 60% across academics (10th, 12th, UG and last semester of PG).
Relevant work experience would be added advantage.
