Job Title: Global Lead for Microsoft Partner About the Role: This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional leadership skills and expertise in managing complex partner programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the orchestration and management of ALIANDO's Partner Program with Microsoft, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing benefits. Responsibilities: Manage access to Microsoft Partner Center, including access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking, referral submissions, claim submissions, and issue resolution. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead routing, attribution, and funnel reporting, while maintaining data quality and establishing SLAs. Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft partner programs. Requirements: Proven experience in managing complex partner programs at an organizational level. Familiarity with Microsoft products and technologies, including Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship. Strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to contribute to teams and operationalize complex partner program requirements.
