Job OverviewThe role of Global Lead for Microsoft Partner involves overseeing the orchestration and management of ALIANDO's Partner Program in relation to its strategic alliance with Microsoft, as well as leading the global administration of Microsoft Partner Center.Access Management: In partnership with Technology, the successful candidate will oversee access management for customers, including AOBO relationships.Commercial Marketplace Solution Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial marketplace solutions, including listings, readiness, health, and conversion.Lead Tracking and Referral Submissions: In partnership with Sales leadership, the successful candidate will lead tracking and referral submissions, including lead flow routing, SLAs, and data quality.Claim Submissions and Incentives: The candidate will be responsible for claim submissions in partnership with Marketing and incentives tracking in partnership with Finance.Azure Revenue Tracking and Recognition: The successful candidate will track Azure revenue and recognize partner metrics, including PAL and CPOR recognition.Issue Resolution and Support: The role involves resolving issues, processing access requests, and handling ad hoc queries from the global business.This is a full-time role that requires a strong understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs are executed and a proven track record of assessing, managing, and owning such programs at an organizational level.The ideal candidate will have experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies—ideally Microsoft.
