Will be responsible to drive sales and create healthy relationships with the customers.Generate & Achieve Sales Turnover according to set objectivesFocus on existing accounts and visit other customers with an aim of acquiring new customersPlanning and Reporting ActivitiesAnalyze and monitor sales and sales dataDesign territory business plan Customer related ActivitiesImplement territory business plan - Specific activities for specific accountsRetain and develop current customers Plan activities according to sales data insightsAcquire new customers and develop customersSegmentation Deliver differentiated marketing messagesOrganize or support educational/Training eventsBuild and maintain a sustainable network. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for acute products.Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Market Intelligence (communicate competitive activities and customer needs to supervisor)Handle complaints according to guidelines given.Collect information from customers, peers, competitors and put it into an intelligent structure (direct or indirect)Will be working in challenging environment creating value-based relationship with key customers externally and Internally will be coordinating with sales, Marketing, logistics, and finance team for quick customer services.MBA (Sales/Marketing) RegularSimilar experience of driving sales in the region.Preferably from Medical Devices Industry & Renal Background.Experience – (8 ~10) YearsShould be a go getter & Self starterAbility to analyze and associate the bigger cause/Goals.Strong Interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver & present in front of customersPleasing personality & command over written & Verbal EnglishPersistence & Positive outlook.
