Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Vsynergize AI. The role involves managing AI & Software Development and Staff Augmentation projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and creating customized solutions to drive growth and revenue.
Location: Hinjewadi Phase - I
Experience: 5+ years in business development, focusing on European & Singapore markets
Industry Expertise: AI & Software Development, Staff Augmentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute business strategies to expand presence in the European and Singapore markets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging experience in the staff augmentation business to establish long-term relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- AI & Software Development Focus: Showcase expertise in AI and software development solutions to align offerings with client needs.
- Partnership Management: Build partnerships with industry leaders to enhance service offerings and market reach.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development and delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Draft and present tailored proposals to clients, highlighting value propositions.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development within the Europe and Singapore markets, preferably with a background in companies like IT outsourcing and product development services
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of staff augmentation and AI/software development services.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and business practices in Europe and Singapore.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
