Job Title: Business Development Executive (Wellness)

Location: Hinjewadi Phase - I, Pune

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: 15k-25k

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients and partners in the wellness industry.
  • Conduct research to identify new leads, initiate contact through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their wellness needs, and convey Prakritik Lifestyles' offerings effectively.
  • Organize meetings and presentations to convert leads into clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to encourage long-term engagement.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Represent Prakritik Lifestyles at wellness events and workshops to expand our client base and enhance brand presence.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and client feedback.
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities based on performance data.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the wellness sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
