Outbound Sales Representative

The role of an Outbound Sales Representative involves making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives. Successful candidates will also seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise, follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary, and manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.Achieving personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets is also crucial, as well as documenting all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.This position requires strong knowledge of services to identify customer needs when qualifying them and demonstrate an aptitude for sales by asking for the next meeting and suggesting additional products or service to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.An excellent customer experience attitude is essential to establish a positive rapport and create brand awareness on all interactions.Making reminder calls to customers & scheduling appointments, ensuring that the calls happen as per scheduled time is also part of this role.
