Role Overview This job will require you to make We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team in India on a month-to-month contract basis. As an SDR, you will generate and qualify leads for a client specializing in advanced data solutions, enabling businesses to leverage data for strategic decision-making. This role requires experience in tech, Saa S, or data-related industries and proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and messaging using tools like Apollo. Candidates must be willing to work US Eastern Time Zone hours. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Use Apollo and other sales tools to identify and target high-potential leads through cold calling (200+ calls per day) and strategic outreach. Outbound Outreach : Craft and send personalized emails and messages to engage prospects and schedule meetings. Inbound Follow-Up : Qualify and follow up on inbound leads to ensure alignment with client needs. Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools to support a streamlined sales process. Data Expertise : Leverage your understanding of data-driven solutions to communicate value propositions effectively to technical and business audiences. Collaboration : Work with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and meet performance goals. Qualifications Professional experience as an SDR or similar sales role, specifically in tech, Saa S, or data-related industries (entry-level candidates not considered). By Data Tools, we are looking for experience selling/lead gen with database (Oracle DB, Snowflake, etc), Data Management/ETL (Informatica, Mulesoft, etc). This isn't a must, but it's a big boost. Proficiency with sales tools like Apollo and familiarity with CRMs and Sales Navigator. Strong understanding of data-driven solutions and ability to articulate their value to prospects. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Proven ability to conduct high-volume cold calling and persistent follow-up. Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently in a remote environment. Willingness to work US Eastern Time Zone hours. Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
