**About the internship**

We are looking for an impactful customer success intern (e-commerce) to manage our end-to-end e-commerce platform.

**Sales Representative**
**Qualifications: Any Graduate required skill**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Actively prospect and identify potential vendors and merchants who can benefit from using the Call LMO Merchant App and Call LMO Customer App.

2.Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and demonstrate how our apps can address their needs.

3.Present the features and benefits of our apps to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can streamline their operations and improve customer engagement.

4.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather insights from the market and contribute to the refinement of our apps based on client feedback.

5.Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding pricing, promotions, features, and technical capabilities of the apps.

6.Achieve sales targets and quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

7.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and present our app's value proposition.

3.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive business growth.

4.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

5.Familiarity with mobile apps and technology products is a plus.

6.Ability to adapt to evolving products and services and communicate those changes to clients.

7.Basic knowledge of merchant-customer interactions and payment processing is advantageous.

**Salary and Compensation**: The compensation structure for the Sales Representative role at PNK Solutions Private Limited is based on the following details:
1,For each booking value of 1000 and above, 100 Rs will be paid to the vendor.

2.For booking values between 500 Rs and 1000 Rs, 65 Rs will be paid to the vendor.

3.For booking values between 300 Rs and 500 Rs, 30 Rs will be paid to the vendor.

4.Additionally, when a vendor crosses 20 bookings from the same merchant, they will receive a bonus payment of 300 Rs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Freelance, Temporary, Fresher
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹450.00 - ₹500.00 per day
