Job Title: Business Development Lead (Hunter) – US Market Location: Remote (India) – Working in US Time Zone Experience: 10+ Years in IT Sales (Lead Generation & Deal Closure) Industry: IT Services & Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary (Hunter Only) Own net-new logo acquisition in the U.S. market. This is an 100% hunting role focused on direct end-customer selling (CIO/CTO/CDO, VP Engineering/Infrastructure/Security, Procurement). No resale to IT services companies, MSPs, or staffing vendors. What You’ll Do Build and execute territory & named-account plans for mid-market and Fortune 3000 end customers across Retail/CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, ERUI, TTH and Telecom. Generate pipeline via outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events), ABM, and hyperscaler co-sell motions with OEMs such as Red Hat, Atrinet, IFS, Google etc. Run full-cycle sales: discovery → solutioning with SMEs → proposal/RFP → commercial negotiation → close. Land-and-expand: convert beachheads into multi-tower programs (run + change). Maintain precise pipeline hygiene and forecasting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).  Must-Have Experience (Hard Requirements) Direct enterprise selling to end customers in the U.S. (not via SIs or staffing vendors); existing senior buyer relationships (CIO/VP/Director). Proven wins in at least three of these areas: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP landing zones, migration to RDS/AKS/EKS, FinOps) ERP (SAP/IFS/Oracle) — services & managed support Cybersecurity & Risk (Identity, hardening, MDR/SOC, compliance) Application Development/ADM & Platform Engineering (DevOps, low-code) Digital Workplace / ITSM / EUC / DC-DR / Infra Managed Services Fluent with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo etc and sales automation tools.
