If you love selling big ideas, building genuine relationships, and using AI to outsmart the traditional sales grind, you’ll fit right in. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in sales, growth, or business development , preferably in a creative, media, or tech-first agency. Proven track record in lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management. Experience using AI tools (Apollo, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to streamline outreach and lead workflows. Deep understanding of the creative industry and the ability to sell creative strategy, branding, and content solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you know how to sell value, not just services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a small growth team. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. What You’ll Do Lead sales and growth across NineOhNine’s creative agency and podcast studio verticals. Convert inbound leads into long-term clients through strategic calls, demos, and relationship management. Use AI-driven prospecting tools and smart automations to identify, nurture, and close high-value opportunities. Drive outbound campaigns and partnerships that expand NineOhNine’s client base in India and globally. Own the end-to-end client journey from the first conversation to project handoff and retention. Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to align growth goals with delivery excellence. Identify emerging opportunities, trends, and new markets for expansion.
