Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and engage potential franchisees through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and industry events. Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads for expansion into new geographies. Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Sales & Negotiation Develop persuasive presentations and pitch decks that highlight the brand’s value proposition and ROI potential. Lead end-to-end negotiations with prospective franchisees, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial models. Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract execution. Franchisee Relationship Management Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing franchise partners. Oversee onboarding and training processes, ensuring franchisees are well-versed in operational standards and brand guidelines. Provide ongoing support to drive franchisee success, compliance, and profitability. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis Stay abreast of market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the franchising space. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to shape expansion strategies. Advise leadership on location selection, business projections, and territory planning. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of exceeding targets. Deep understanding of the franchise sales process, including lead generation, pitching, and deal closure. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Financial literacy to interpret and explain pro forma statements and investment models. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term growth and scalability.
