This independent role offers the opportunity to shapeyour own sales strategy, generate new business, and manage client relationships.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:o Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain clients.o Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships.o Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.2. Client Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuringsatisfaction and upselling services.3. Negotiation & Contract Management: o Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, andfinalize contracts.4. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: o Track sales activities and reportperformance against targets.5. Collaboration:o Work with operations and marketing teams to execute contracts and create salesmaterials.Key Requirements:• Proven 3-5 years’ experience in BDM / sales within the logistics/transportation industry.• Strong understanding of logistics.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.• Valid driver’s license (if applicable) and willingness to travel.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.• Experience in Logistics or last-mile delivery.
