Candidate Requirement


  • Graduated in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Zeal to work in sales and achieve set targets.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end student registration and application process, ensuring
  • eligibility, deadlines, and a thorough interview process.
  • Counsel students, handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and convert
  • leads to enrolments.
  • Achieve set targets for admissions, fee collection, and lead conversions.
  • Maintain accurate data, CRM updates, and provide daily/weekly/monthly
  • reports.
  • Build strong student rapport until orientation and resolve queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with team/tele-counsellors and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Participate in workshops, events, and travel as required.
  • Take up additional tasks assigned by management.
