Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Data & Analytics / Data Science Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 3–6 years in IT Services Sales / Business Development Employment Type: Full-time About Us: We are a leading IT services company specializing in Data & Analytics, Data Science, and Digital Transformation . Our solutions include data engineering, BI dashboards, predictive analytics, AI/ML solutions, and staff augmentation for data-driven teams. As we expand, we are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in Data & Analytics and Data Science domains. Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and events . Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, and Digital Transformation leaders . Present service offerings through compelling proposals, presentations, and product demos. Guide prospects through the sales funnel to successful deal closure, coordinating with leadership and delivery teams. Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and ensure seamless project handovers. Maintain an updated CRM sales pipeline and report regularly on activities, progress, and achievements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales for IT services, preferably in Data Engineering, Analytics, Big Data, or AI/ML . Proven track record of generating new business leads and consistently achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal & written). Understanding of data ecosystem technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Python/ML, Cloud platforms) is a plus. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment . Experience engaging clients in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare , or similar industries is preferred. What We Offer: Competitive salary with attractive sales incentives .
