Candidate should be able to complete the accurate project costing and submit techno-commercial quotation by thorough competitor analysis.•
Resolving Customer Query and Site Complaint:
Candidate should be able to handle the customer’s technical queries and minor application related issues at site. However, support shall be given from R&D/HO.•
Compliance with Company SOP and Policies-
Candidate must strictly obey the company policies and processes for day-to-day sales operation, dealer appointment and any other work.Technology to be Handled:• Acrylic Emulsion.• Synthetic Enamel/ Alkyd.• Epoxy.• Polyurethane.• Road Marking etc.Required Skills:• This position requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.• Good Team Handling skills.• Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.• Experience in working with and influencing other people.• Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers.• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
