Job Title: Sales Representative II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative II to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative II, you will be responsible for managing sales within your defined regional territory, achieving sales revenue, and representing the organization in accordance with its policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales within your defined regional territory and achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Provide product information and promote Kanghui products to doctors and specialists.
  • Practice effective account management, KOL management, and maintain product and technical competency.
  • Provide market information on a timely basis and participate in marketing events.
  • Manage and mentor contract sales employees to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in managing knowledge-based products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in mentoring team members and managing distributors would be an added advantage.
