Regional Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative II to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative II, you will be responsible for managing sales within your defined regional territory, achieving sales revenue, and representing the organization in accordance with its policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales within your defined regional territory and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Provide product information and promote Kanghui products to doctors and specialists.
- Practice effective account management, KOL management, and maintain product and technical competency.
- Provide market information on a timely basis and participate in marketing events.
- Manage and mentor contract sales employees to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in managing knowledge-based products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in mentoring team members and managing distributors would be an added advantage.
