Job Overview
Rotork is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth in the Water market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, leveraging their technical expertise to identify new sales opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, including CPI type customers in the Water market
- Utilize technical sales experience to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor information, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong technical sales expertise, with a focus on electro-mechanical products
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities
