Job Title: Associate Growth Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing event conduction and planning strategies by collaborating with colleges via online or offline mode.
2. Managing operations and ensuring efficiency in sales processes.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
4. Analysing outcomes to make data-driven decisions.
5. Strategic planning, team management with advocacy and support.
6. Collaborating with premium engineering colleges and conducting workshops, employability tests and events for relevant audiences.
This role also involves working in harmony with the Lead Generation, the Pre-Sales, Sales Operations & Sales team to ensure business remains intact.
Location: Work from Office(Hyderabad)
