Job Title: Associate Business Development Manager - Agency Partner Channel


Job Summary:


At Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Business Development Manager - Agency Partner Channel to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building a distribution enterprise and managing a team of leaders and agents.


Responsibilities:



  • Exceed recruitment targets for new agency leaders and agent enrollments.
  • Develop successful leaders to enhance quantity and quality recruitment.
  • Emphasize quality recruitment through one-on-one sessions with agency leaders and associates.
  • Create a mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to facilitate easier recruitment.
  • Enhance AFYP and Number of cases by the unit.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to enable growth and development of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and timely contracting of agents and agency associates.
  • Monitor IRDA guidelines impacting APP channels at the regional level.
  • Track competition and stay up-to-date on new strategies and compensation models.
  • Execute plans for the growth of the agency.
  • Identify, interview, and select new leaders from the market and through networking.
  • Ensure adherence to sales and service standards for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agent Advisors.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and planning (PRP) for the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain team members.
  • Handhold, develop, and supervise Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to meet growth and leadership targets.

Measures of Success:



  • Building a chain of successful leaders (Financial Executives).
  • Recruitment (contracted agents) numbers.
  • Add-on of AFYP & Number of cases in the team.
  • Add-on of Number of new agency associates.
  • Case Rate & Case Size.
  • Agent satisfaction survey.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of information.

Requirements:



  • Minimum education: Graduation in any discipline, with MBA being an added advantage.
  • Minimum experience: Overall experience of 46 years, with a preference for candidates having experience in management and sales.
  • Age: Below 39 years.
  • Local working experience: Minimum 3 years in the location.
  • Business volume: Doing business volume of 30 lacs (minimum).
  • Average vintage (stability): 2 years in the last two organizations.
  • Agency or APC experience: Mandatory, preferably from LI background.
