Job Description A business development professional should have three primary responsibilities:Identifying new sales leadsPitching products and/or servicesMaintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media and other platforms) to identify new leads and potential new marketsResearching the needs of other companies and learning who has the authority to make decisions.Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetingsPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesAttending conferences, meetings, and industry eventsWhen it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displaysContacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services.Developing quotes and proposalsNegotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in personDeveloping sales goals for the team and ensuring they are metTraining personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Education/Experience *Experience: 2-5 years *The core area of operations: IT services (Web and mobile application development) (Web is primary) (International markets; Domestic Markets is a PLUS) *Location: Delhi-NCR, WFH Till further notice. *Joining Date Expected: Immediate or within the next 15-20 days *Remuneration: Based on an interview
