URGENT REQUIREMENT....Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Location: HyderabadJob Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with SaaS selling experience to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of the company by achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of the sales cycle, particularly in SaaS.Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Experience: 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong background in selling SaaS products. - SaaS Selling: Proven experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including understanding subscription models, customer lifecycle, and upselling. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with C-level executives and decision-makers. - Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate SaaS deals and close sales. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. - Tech Savvy: Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with SaaS-specific tools is an advantage. - Self-motivated: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in SaaS, cloud solutions, or technology-driven services. - Familiarity with B2B sales and enterprise solutions.
