Over the years, we’ve transitioned into a full-service recruitment partner covering Permanent Hiring, RPO, Staffing, and Payroll Services, and have recently rebranded as datavruti with a sharp focus on the data talent landscape.We help global companies and well-funded startups hire exceptional data scientists, data engineers, AI/ML experts, and related tech talent in India. With the rise of GCCs (Global Capability Centers), offshoring, and the startup ecosystem in India, this is a massive opportunity, and we are looking for a Business Development Lead to help us capture it.Goal: Increase revenue across ANY ONE or more of our target markets:Global companies (US / EMEA / ANZ) setting up or expanding remote teams in IndiaWell-funded Indian startups scaling their data and tech teamsMid to large Indian companies building analytics, data, and engineering capabilitiesWhat You’ll Do:Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → proposal → contract / kickoff / POC → handoff to deliveryBuild deep relationships with Founders, CHROs, and TA leadersDrive targeted outreach using modern automation, CRM, and AI toolsPartner with internal recruiters to ensure quick success in pilot mandatesRepresent datavruti on LinkedIn and industry communities → be visible, credible, and helpfulWhile all revenue is valuable, your focus and incentives will be aligned towards long-term, recurring RPO and Staffing engagementsYou Should Have:4 to 6 years of B2B sales / business development experience in recruitment industryProven record of closing 1Cr+ annual topline in ANY ONE or more of our target marketsExperience selling to TA / CHRO / CXO audiences in tech, product, or data-led companiesUnderstanding of global delivery models (offshore, remote, hybrid) and startup tech ecosystemsExcellent communication, negotiation, storytelling and relationship building skillsComfortable using modern CRM, sales automation, and AI outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)An active, credible LinkedIn presence that reflects your content-led sales approachWhy datavruti:Fixed + Variable comp directly linked to net new revenue you create Remote-first, high-trust, performance-driven culture Freedom to experiment with new sales tactics, channels, and positioning Be part of a focused, fast-moving team shaping India’s most respected data-focused recruitment brandMedical & accidental insurance
