Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 5 + Years Mendix Lead, located in Bengaluru South. The Mendix Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy Mendix applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating low-code solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. The Mendix Lead will also mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mendix application development
  • Experience in leading a team of developers
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of low-code platforms and coding standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
