The Founder’s Office Associate will work closely with leadership to support strategic and operational initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, data analysis, project coordination, preparation of business reports, monitoring key performance metrics, and assisting in decision-making processes. The role will also involve handling confidential tasks and driving cross-functional collaboration within the organization.QualificationsProficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Business Reporting1-2 years of Work Experience in a similar roleStrong Project Coordination, Time Management, and Multitasking skillsExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearlyProblem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making abilitiesHigh attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle confidential informationFamiliarity with Strategic Planning and Cross-Functional CollaborationBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plusExperience in startup environments or fast-paced organizations is required
