Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead the kam team, strategizing and overseeing operations to connect corporate clients with Engage4More’s exclusive roster of artists and talent.
Develop relationships with corporate clients, understand their event needs, and recommend the best-suited talent from Engage4More’s platform.
Collaborate closely with the director to align on goals, reporting performance and insights to support data-driven decisions.
Mentor and manage a team of two managers, ensuring they are aligned with company standards and objectives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years in corporate or event management roles, ideally with experience in artist bookings or corporate entertainment.
Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to drive both individual and team performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with an aptitude for understanding client needs and delivering value.
