KeyResponsibilities
  • Develop andimplement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets
  • Lead and manage the corporate salesteam to ensure high performance andproductivity
  • Identify engage and negotiate withkey corporate clients to drive sales and achieve businessobjectives
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with corporate clients to ensure customersatisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate withmarketing and product teams to develop sales collateral andstrategies tailored to corporateclients
  • Analyze market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback to identify new businessopportunities
  • Prepare and present regular salesreports forecasts and performance metrics to the senior managementteam
  • Conduct regular performance reviews andprovide coaching and support to the corporate salesteam
  • Ensure compliance with organizationalpolicies sales processes and regulatoryrequirements
  • Participate in networking eventsconferences and industry forums to promote the organization andexpand the corporate clientbase
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in corporate sales witha track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets
  • Demonstrated experience in leading andmanaging a highperforming sales team
  • Strongnegotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close largecorporate deals
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to articulate valuepropositions to corporate clients
  • Strategicthinking and ability to develop effective sales plans andinitiatives
  • Experience in analyzing sales datamarket trends and customer behavior to drive salesstrategies
  • Ability to travel as needed to meetwith corporate clients and attend industryevents
  • Proficiency in CRM systems salesanalytics and Microsoft Office suite
  • Leadershipqualities with a focus on mentorship coaching and teamdevelopment
